Bad Debt Lawsuit Against Former CAI Benefits Partner – Sheryl L. Gabriel
We have had to initiate a lawsuit against Sheryl L. Gabriel, formerly of CAI Benefits to collect our M&A fee for initiating and representing her and her partners in a successful merger recently. Unfortunately. Ms. Gabriel and his partners have chosen to not pay this debt and enter a bad debt situation. We will be suing each former partner.
We will post more updates on the lawsuit against Ms. Gabriel and her partners, as the cases progress. The other partners are Burton A. Sivin, George S. Gomez, William Nusblat and Jeffrey S. Schreiber.
